As reported by Flat Panels HD, in the near future, Panasonic will launch a new series of plasma TVs Z11. It consists of two models - TXP46Z11E and TXP54Z11E, which, as you might guess, have a screen size of 46 and 54 inches diagonally, respectively. In fact, these are modified versions of models from the Z1 / Z10 series. Recall that this is the thinnest plasma TVs in the model range of the famous Japanese company, and their thickness does not exceed 2.54 cm.

In fact, the models from the Z11 series are no different from the Z10 / Z1, but they received not a wireless, but a wired multimedia module.

Among the main design features of the Z11, it is possible to mention a particularly thin body (2.54 cm), a Full HD plasma screen of the NeoPDP type, integrated DVB-T and DVB-C tuners with MPEG4 support. By the way, they can work in VIERA CAST and DLNA (Digital Living Network Alliance) networks, so users can enjoy streaming audio and video, as well as view photos over the Internet. We also note that the models from the Z11 series still boast polished steel cases.

According to the Panasonic plan, Z11 shipments will begin in June of this year. Unfortunately, not a word about the cost of models from this series.
