According to Tech Radar, Sony and NBC Universal reached a very important agreement. From now on, users of PlayStation 3 in the United States can download movies and the most popular TV shows from Universal directly to their set-top boxes. Note that, until now, Xbox users do not have the ability to download movies and videos from Sony Pictures and they can only receive them through Netflix.

It is worth recalling that now, after Sony entered into this agreement with Universal, PS3 users can enjoy 1,300 movies and 4,500 and entertainment programs, including such films as Milk, Role Models, as well as such shows as The Office and Battlestar Galactica . By the way, they are available for download not only on the PS3, but also on the PSP.
