The Silicon Valley (or rather, Silicon Valley, Silicon Valley) is a place that every geek dreams of visiting. 99% of devices, services connected with them, programs and in general all that we call “high technologies” originated here. Therefore, when during the holidays I had the chance to look into the technological Mecca of America, there was no doubt “to be or not to be”.
There are a lot of places open for tourists to visit in Silicon Valley, but in this case I was not interested in the reviews of tourists and a friend who lives in San Francisco and works at Google suggested that I take a walk around the company's office - Google-city.
Google-city really looks like a full-fledged city in miniature. More than a dozen canteens with a variety of cuisines and mass of food for a quick snack, bicycle parking (corporate, here is public transport to move around the town), sports fields, lots of courses and clubs (from learning Chinese with subsequent transfer to the Chinese office to yoga rumboy), halls for celebrations, its musical employees.
