New google development - talking sneakers

If you think that Google is currently limited to developing its own Project Glass glasses and unmanned vehicles, then you are mistaken. The company has a lot of interesting things in the bins. One of them, for example, is the newest design - talking sneakers.

The Art Copy & Code project was shown at SXSW, which took place last weekend. The essence of the project is that an Adidas programmable microcontroller, a sound card, a speaker were attached to the Adidas webbing strap and all of it was supported by Bluetooth. In addition, there are accelerometer, pressure sensors and other sensors.

But the most interesting thing is that sneakers literally endowed with personality: shoes encourage a person when he starts to run, and he can literally shout at a lazy and not doing anything to end up doing something. For example, walked through the park or played basketball on a street court.

Unfortunately, now this is just a project and Google has no commercial plans for it yet (even for the near future).
