Journalists of the American portal IGN were lucky to try out the new part of the Mortal Kombat X fighting game two weeks before its release. They were allowed to record videos with selected finishing strokes of some of the characters in the game, which are well known to fans of the Mortal Kombat series called Fatality. Immediately I warn you that if you are afraid of spoilers and do not want to spoil your impressions of the game, which should go on sale on April 14 of this year, it is better to refrain from watching this video.

I would also like to warn especially the faint-hearted readers of our site, as in the video you can see very bloody and violent scenes that may scare you or cause a feeling of disgust. But historically, the Mortal Kombat series of fighting games is the bloodiest and most brutal in its genre. This, if I may say so, is a unique “trick” of this game, so you should not condemn it for it in any way. Many players value the MK series not at all for its cruelty, but for well-developed characters, excellently adjusted combat mechanics and fascinating gameplay with many bonuses and secrets.

As I wrote above, the game should be released in mid-April 2015, so the rest of Fatality, which are not included in this video, you can see for yourself very soon. Of course, the developers are preparing for us a few surprises, some of which were disclosed long before the release. For example, such exclusive fighters will appear in the game, like the alien hunter Predator from the movie of the same name with Arnold Schwarzenegger, and also the maniac Jason Voorhees from the Friday 13th series of horror films.
